01. Design & CAD
Concept sketches, CAD drawings, 3D visualisation and prototypes before we cut steel.
02. Precision CNC
3-axis CNC routers and press-brakes hold ±0.2 mm tolerance across a 4-metre stroke.
03. Welding & Assembly
MIG-welded frames with jigged assembly for repeatable geometry unit after unit.
04. Powder Coating
7-tank pre-treatment and electrostatic powder-coat with a 200°C curing oven.
05. QC & Testing
Every batch passes load, cycle and finish tests before it's approved for dispatch.
06. Palletised Dispatch
Foam-lined pallets, part-numbered cartons and on-site installation teams.
